The Team
We like to refer to ourselves as a team rather than a company. Companies tend to be big things with receptionists and board rooms. We, on the other hand, are a small, remotely-connected cluster of geeks with a shared passion for making computers, and the internet that connects them, do interesting things.
We produce a high quality of work by remaining small, fiercely independent and taking on the work that we're best at. We're damn good at our jobs, even if we do say so ourselves. Which we do.
We're not a production-line set up, so we get to dedicate all of our energies to one project at a time. We're not a big team, so we can change and adapt without scheduling meetings and circulating endless memos.
All of which means that we can do great things fairly quickly, with a great attention to detail. The down side is that the quantity of work we output is finite. But hey, our business plan doesn't depend on being the sole provider of web development services to the entire western hemisphere.
